DarkMatter Market mandates strict operational security (OpSec) for all support inquiries. We utilize an internal, zero-knowledge ticketing system. For account recovery scenarios where platform access is lost, or for high-priority vendor applications, use the PGP-encrypted channels listed below.
WARNING: Never send plain-text messages containing sensitive data (addresses, tracking numbers, private keys). Unencrypted messages will be ignored and deleted immediately.
